Panic Attack.

no, it's not that feeling when you forget where your phone is

no, it's not the flutter in your chest when you realize your nice jacket is still at the party

It's a storm
It's quick breaths
No breaths.
It's shaking and gasping and screaming and sudden silence

It's escaping into the restaurant bathroom
holding yourself without a thought

...It's not being able to remember it all afterwards...
Because it hurt too damn much.
